Rotarians, I apologize for not getting this message to you yesterday. Totally slipped my mind, even though I ordered sandwiches for the meeting, packed the car with water, etc.
BUT: We are meeting today at the Englewood Police Department at noon. We'll be in the Community Room.
When you're not eating or drinking, you must wear a mask. They're following Tri-County Health rules on gatherings, and we'll be socially distanced (except for our married couples).
We are limited to 14 persons by these rules, so if you have not RSVPed, we really don't have a spot for you. That said, if you really, really want to come, we can sort of rotate in and out.
It's gonna be great. -- Patty
MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT SUSAN:
Rotarians, Rotary goes live this week, April 21!! 🎉
Join us for our "first" in-person Rotary meeting in over a year, at the Englewood Police Department Community Room located at 3615 S. Elati Street. Public parking is located on Elati in front of the building near the entrance.
Our meeting begins at noon, with box lunches. The deputy police chief, Sam Watson, will be there to present our program for this week. His presentation will be related to the city’s municipal challenges over the past year during the pandemic.
The monthly board meeting will follow after our regular scheduled meeting.
See you Wednesday in the City of Englewood, at the PD facility located at 3615 S. Elati Street! -- Susan
