The club survey review was successful. The survey affirmed that there are many things working well for the Englewood Rotary club.
Summary of our survey meeting can be found in the meeting minutes that will be presented at Wednesday’s board meeting.
Our membership is committed to work as a team to keep our club active. One critical component to our future success is to identify members willing to serve as co-president.
Although there is a strong interest in having a holiday party, finding a venue that ensures social distancing may be challenging.
We will continue to look into the possibility of scheduling safe outside activities to complement our weekly Zoom meetings.
Jo Feder, our guest from the League of Women Voters, will join us on Zoom to provide clarity on the election amendments.
See you Wednesday, and remember there will be a brief board meeting after our regular session. --Susan
HONORING FRANK!
At our November 18 Zoom meeting, we will be honoring Frank Sargent, who is celebrating his 50th year in Rotary in 2020. One of the good things in 2020.
I am orchestrating the tribute, and I will be calling on some of you to read portions of it. I also need your congratulations emails and cards. I will compile all the emails (send to paburnett@aol.com) for Frank. And I will deliver all cards on the morning of Nov. 18 (mail to me, 9230 E. Lake Place, Greenwood Village, CO 80111). -- Patty
